Group & Centre Activities

Our group days are the heart of We Love With Care. Art, music, games, cooking, movement and plain good company — in a space where everyone belongs and nobody has to explain themselves.

Sessions run in a safe, accessible, welcoming environment with a strong support ratio. The programme changes regularly so there's always something new, but the rhythm stays familiar — which matters for participants who thrive on routine.

What families tell us again and again is that the friendships are what stick. Group activities aren't just an activity block on a plan; they're often where a participant finds their people. Some of the friendships formed in our centre have lasted years.

We're deliberate about inclusion. Activities are adapted so everyone can take part meaningfully, whatever their support needs — nobody sits on the sidelines watching.

Common questions

A mix — usually a creative activity, something social, a shared meal, and time to simply hang out. The programme rotates so it stays fresh, but the daily rhythm stays predictable.
