Finding, settling into and keeping a home

Accommodation & Tenancy

A home is the foundation everything else sits on. We support participants to find somewhere suitable, settle in properly, and keep it — including the tenancy skills that make that possible.

Support covers looking for suitable and accessible housing, applications and inspections, understanding tenancy agreements, communicating with landlords and agents, and building the practical skills that sustain a tenancy.

Keeping a home is often harder than getting one. Rent, bills, maintenance requests, neighbour relationships and inspections all require skills that nobody is formally taught. We build those alongside you.

Where things go wrong — a dispute, an inspection issue, a rent arrears problem — we help address it early, while it's still fixable, rather than after a notice arrives.

Common questions

Yes — searching, applications and inspections included. We focus on accessibility and suitability, not just availability.
Contact us early. Tenancy problems are far easier to resolve before a formal notice arrives than after.
No. This is support around finding and keeping housing. Supported Independent Living is a separate arrangement — talk to us about which fits your situation.
